A fantastic house, great for a large family grouping. The outside area absolutely sells it, as does the location, being 100 metres from a beautiful beach. Le Racou is a very small village/hamlet, but it has a good choice of restaurants and there was a great weekend of jazz bands when we were there, creating a lovely atmosphere in the street. Possibly not great for very small children, unless they are very proficient in the pool.

Unser Aufenthalt war grundsätzlich in Ordnung. Allerdings gibt es ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die doch erwähnenswert sind. Die benutzte Wäsche der Vormieter wurde nicht abgeholt. Die Küche bedarf einer Überholung und Reparatur, da ein intensiver Gebrauch nicht zu übersehen war z. B. Eine defekte Schublade, die Blende hatte man meistens in der Hand. Der Grill war nicht ordnungsgemäß gesäubert und funktionierte nicht. Das hätte bei der Endkontrolle auffallen müssen. Die Handtücher müssten mal erneuert werden, teilweise doch sehr abgenutzt und hauchdünn. unseren

Excellent emplacement (face mer), quartier prisé. En revanche, la maison mériterais plus de mise en valeur (aucune décoration intérieur, chambres équipées au minimum, portes qui grincent,etc..). Piscine nettoyée deux fois en 15 jours. Prix justifié par le quartier et l'emplacement, la maison a beaucoup de potentiel.
