"Stayed for all inclusive family holiday. Initially thought lunch starting at 1pm was a little late for family with small children but we got used to it soon. Good facility and the room pool made a massive difference to us. Beach is in a good walking distance in the summer heat, too. "

"Nautilux was great ! We stayed here for our honeymoon. The hotel location is perfect in reythmno. A nice stroll along the beach adjacent to all the stores , dining , bars etc. The Nautilus suite was spacious clean and direct view to the sea. Buffet was decent. Wouldn’t call it a 5 star buffet though. Drinks were 5 star however. Direct access to beach. Beach is sandy but becomes rocky once you’re in the water. Staff were great and friendly. "liked nothing about the hotel. front desk service is very aggressive and threatening to " will get you out of hotel" for complaining about their service. very uncomfortable attitude. very inconvenient to get to your room . AC mediocre, bathrooms horrible. food and restaurant staff were ok . most people we met in crete ( except for people at front desk) were pretty nice. no reason to stay there , plenty of other good hotels around "

"Le propriétaire a annulé la réservation alors que nous étions à 10 mn de chez lui. Cette réservation était confirmée par Abritel et nous avions envoyé deux messages sans réponse. Nous avons été informés de cette annulation par Abritel, sans même un mot d’excuse du propriétaire. Il était 18h30 et il nous a fallu trouver d’urgence une autre solution d’hébergement. Je ne recommande pas cette location."

"This property is elegantly beautiful. The staff was exceptional especially Elena who runs the front desk. She seems to work around the clock and she is the most friendly, gracious & most accommodating to all of her guests. Me and my husband felt like we were her only guests by the way she attended to us. She went above & beyond to help us with whatever questions we had. This property is highly recommended."

"We chose this villa based on the amazing reviews from previous guests - and now we'll add our own. The location of the Villa is perfect high on the cliffs looking out over the sea. It feels remote, but it is only two minutes from Kefalas with a couple of tavernas and a mini market and 20 minutes drive from Georgioupoli and Almyrida with more amenities.
