George helped us plan our entire week in Crete. He gave us recommendations to different areas of the island. We had a great experience and he helped us see places we would have never found. Definitely rent a car if you want to travel around. Very helpful and friendly staff.

We had a wonderful stay at Kiani Beach Resort Family. The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the whole resort felt safe and relaxing. We had a wonderful stay at Kiani Beach Resort Family. The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the whole resort felt safe and relaxing. The pools were great, the beach was just a short walk away, and there were plenty of activities for families. The food offered good variety, and we always found something we liked. Our room was spacious and clean, and the beautiful mountain and sea views made the stay even more special. We would definitely recommend this hotel to families looking for a relaxing holiday in Crete, and we would happily stay here again. Travelling alone with my son, I felt very comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay. Kalyves Beach is only 10 min bussdrive away and Chania 30 min bussdrive

The hotel catered for what you want. We came here thinking it was 5 star all inclusive but in fact it was more like a 4 star. You need to upgrade to get the branded alcohol, or water in bottles. It’s definitely geared towards alcohol. The food is good. There isn’t much to eat throughout the day in terms of snacks. Ice cream in tubs and homemade sandwiches. The pool is lovely and the views are fab. The vibe is nice. Hospitality is lovely and people enjoy themselves. The pool is the best part for me. Mr Marx at customer relations is fantastic. He is friendly, helpful and very personal. He takes an interest in you and remembers things you’ve spoken about and is really informative. All hotels should have someone like him. And he speaks 7 languages!!

Amazing, very family friendly resort, sparkling clean, very friendly staff, amazing food, mini club, animation team-all was great. Rooms of a great size, special thanks to our cleaner. I have stayed here for 1 week, in June. I have found not only the hotel but the staff extremely friendly and helpful, we have stayed in one of the pool rooms and the pool/patio space has been more than sufficient with lots of space to swim around and enjoy our time. In the day we have mainly stayed at the Beach Pool and got drinks from the beach bar, and during the evenings entertainment had drinks from Aggeliki who has been more than polite, helpful and a joy to be around. The entertainment during the evenings has been amazing, with a wide variety of activities not only for children but for adults, although travelling without any children we have found that it’s still a comfortable hotel for couples without kids. Guests have been super friendly to eachother, and that can only be contrary to the amazing staff at the hotel. I will be coming back. Shoutout to the amazing staff members, Lily, Yaro, Aggeliki and all the others that helped during our stay to make us feel at home and have the best holiday we have had. - Tommy Podmore

Stayed for all inclusive family holiday. Initially thought lunch starting at 1pm was a little late for family with small children but we got used to it soon. Good facility and the room pool made a massive difference to us. Beach is in a good walking distance in the summer heat, too.

Lovely all inclusive hotel

Lovely family holiday, food selection was good, the cleanliness of the hotel was excellent the only area that could be improved is the grass around the pool, maybe more paving instead of grass which can get a big muddy. Lots of available sun beds both round the pool and near beach. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall a very relaxing holiday.
