One of the best lodging options in Chania. The room was fantastic and you can't beat the views. The restaurant staff downstairs (independent from the hotel) was also very friendly and checked in on us as we came and went.

Extremely big room with a fantastic view, absolutely amazing! Cool interior and very fresh and clean. Even though it’s a busy street below with a restaurant there was no noise because of double glass windows.

We spent three nights here as part of a longer trip. The Domus Fresco was a perfect home base to explore Chania and surrounding areas (don’t miss Samaria Gorge!). Morning coffee on the deck, watching the town wake up was my favorite! My husband loved the rain shower.

Second time of staying at this hotel and it doesn't disappoint. Great location, right on the harbour with the stunning views of the lighthouse. The 'white room' is lovely, although we think we prefer the other bedroom which also has the sea view and balcony (it is slightly more expensive though!). No complaints about anything - very happy stay. A great little hotel.

This was our favourite hotel on our European trip. Quirky and fun that the entrance is right in the middle of a restaurant, so you definitely have to follow directions to find it. The room is absolutely gorgeous and spacious. Balcony opens right onto the harbour for the most incredible view. We shared the room with our two teen daughters and we had loads of space with two large bathrooms and bedrooms. Beautifully designed, clean and quiet. Highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent location. Had a great visit and very happy with our stay here and location. Was at the center of everything. Staff very helpful with reserving our excursions and transportation to the airport when checking out. Would definitely stay here again.

This room is a really funky vibe, it’s kind of elegant industrial chic. The view and the balcony are amazing! We drank wine every night before dinner on the balcony, with literally the best view, then ate dinner somewhere with great food and atmosphere bc we already enjoyed the view! The staff are at another location a block away…and we blew a fuse one morning, the door code stopped working as well…the toilet seat was broken off for the duration of the stay…and the worst IMO was that the floor was really dirty. So it’s a little difficult to get things fixed, and things weren’t quite up to par. But it’s quite a nice place and I’d stay again.

Great location and very clean and comfortable. Only small issue is it can get a bit noisy being so close to the bars and restaurants. The windows have great sound proofing so would only affect the lightest of sleepers. Great stay

We loved our stay at Chania Inn. The room was beautiful with a magic view. We loved sitting on our balcony in the afternoon for a drink and watching the world go by. It can be noisy throughout the night with so many tourists but as soon as you close the door you don’t hear too much. Location was great walking distance to a lot in the area

We stayed in the White room, which was simple and gorgeous, we had a super king size bed and fresh white sheets. Towels and sheets were changed regularly and the complimentary toiletries were very good quality products. On arrival there was a complimentary bottle of wine and sweets to share. The room had a kettle, coffee machine and fridge, air conditioning and a safe with wonderful views from the balcony. The shower was a huge walk in type with copious amounts of hot water. Chania inn is a fantastic place to stay when visiting Crete, the entrance is via Lithos Resturant, where the staff and food are also amazing. We loved every bit of our stay and will be going back

We called the hotel about 30 minutes before we were going to reach there. Even though the check-in time was 3:00 p.m., they had our room ready before 1:00 p.m. View from the hotel balcony was priceless. After check-out at 11:00 a.m., the hotel accommodated us by storing our luggage until we were ready to pick it up around 4:00 p.m.
