Located in Ariany, Mallorca, Sa Figuereta Living Place is a newly renovated 400 m² house, perfect for groups of up to 16. You’ll have 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, ensuring space and privacy for everyone. The private kitchens on the ground and first floors are fully equipped, including a coffee maker for your convenience. All rooms and common areas feature air conditioning and heating. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, several washing machines, dryers, and a dedicated workspace. Families will find 2 cots, a high chair, and a ping-pong table.



Outside, relax in the private garden or on the upper and lower terraces, all offering stunning views of the Tramuntana mountains. The private outdoor pool is perfect for unwinding, and the barbecue invites you to enjoy outdoor meals.



Street parking is available and up to 2 pets are welcome. Beach towels are provided. Events are not allowed, but smoking is permitted.
