A tour in Arles ... At the foot of the Luma Tower and the photo school, near the old center, loft apartment on the ground floor with private parking. Bakery, newsagent, pharmacy at 20m. The Luma Tower is visible from the living room is close to your rental. Recently renovated we try to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker Nespresso, fridge freezer, washing machine in cellar.
2 rooms equipped for a bedding 140 and the other a bedding 160.
Bathroom with shower and separate toilet.
A small terrace welcomes you and a private parking for 2 vehicles.
We will advise you on visits, restaurants and possible activities

Wonderful space in Arles! Walk to Old Town, market and Luma Tower. Air conditioning was so welcome during hot days and Claudine welcomed us with wine and items from her garden. Loved this space!

Perfect spot

This apartment in Arles was perfect for our group. Everything we wanted to see was in walking distance. The hosts were available whenever we had questions. The restaurant recommendations were appreciated. The apartment was very comfortable.

Wonderful

The lodging was delightful. Even more delightful than the accommodation was the owner. We had a few issues and needed help during our stay. She was most accommodating and went above and beyond what would be required of a hostess. The location was within walking distance of everything that we hoped to see in Arles. The living situation had absolutely everything that we could want or need. I would highly recommend this location for anyone who plans to visit Arles

Nice and peaceful location

We had a nice week in Arles, staying in this appartment. Bakery right across the street, and a good walk to a local supermarket. The appartment was located in a very nice and quiet part of town, with a short walk to the city center and the old town. Every Saturday and Wednesday there are kilometer-long local markets in the city's main street, with main focus on food (any thing you'd think of) and clothes. We would love to come back another time.

Great place for visit to Arles and surrounding area

Excellent location for visiting Arles - which is a beautiful town with many attractions.Closeness to centre of town and on-site parking a big plus. House is very pleasant and well equipped. The Luma tower is practically across the road ! Claudine is a great host - highly recommended.

Great base to explore Arles and surrounding areas

Comfortable apartment 10-minute walk to Arles attractions, with 2 additional quality-of-life advantages: dedicated easily-accessible parking spaces (simplifying road trips to others towns) and a wonderful bakery across the street (to brighten up the mornings in French style). Also 5 minute walk to LUMA which has 3 excellent restaurants for lunch (only) in addition to its exhibits. Claudine is a caring and delightful host.

Lieu central pour visiter la Camargue

Logement confortable au pied de la tour Luma et proche du centre ville. Excellent acceuil des Proprietaires avec le rosé local et les confitures maison au frigo. Bons conseils de sorties et de tables locales.

Friendly and Beautiful

I can't say enough good things about Claudine her home, neighbors and Arles. People were kind, gracious and welcoming. The apartment was well appointed and nicely decorated. We were in short walking distance to everything.

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage

Die geräumige, gut ausgestattete Wohnung liegt ideal, um alle Ziele in Arles problemlos zu Fuß zu erreichen, der Luma-Park ist keine fünf Minuten entfernt. Die Vermieter waren sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns mit wichtigen Informationen zur Stadt und Region versorgt. Wir wurden mit leckerer selbstgemachter Marmelade begrüßt, die passte super zum frischen Baguette vom Bäcker um die Ecke. Wir hatten einen herrlichen Aufenthalt!

Beautiful stay

We stayed at this apartment for 2 nights. Beautiful well kept place. Claudine and Frederic met us at check in with home made jams and wine and showed everything in the place and oriented us to the town. Walking distance to the historic town. Thank you for a great stay.

Great and convenient apartment.

My husband and I spent a week in Arles while visiting Provence. Our hosts, Claudine and Frederic could not have been kinder or more considerate. They were flexible on arrival time and, since we had mentioned celebrating an anniversary, had special remembrances for us. The apartment is roomy, spotless and has a well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and good wifi. It is located a short walk outside the walled city with two designated parking spots, an invaluable asset. Arles is a great spot for exploring the region. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Perfect for Arles as a base

We stayed 11 nights and it was perfect. Air-conditioning (in a heat wave), washer, dishwasher, clean, comfortable. Excellent hosts. One a/c stopped working and it was repaired the next morning. Homemade jams, and local wine, we're left for us. Parking space! 10 min walk to the old town and Wed/Sat markets. 3 min drive to major highway, yet no noise. Intermarche supermarket 5 mins away. All in all, it was perfect for the two of us. Thank you Claudine and Frederic!
