THE HOUSE OF ELORAC: for 4 people, is oriented South with a garden and a terrace with trees and flowers, a pool of 6.10x3.70 m semi buried, two bedrooms upstairs, a bathroom , a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room.
Prices: Low season 455 €, medium season 580 €, high season 910 €
The charges
A supplement heating is to be envisaged between the 15 of October and the end of March approximately: 50 €
Final cleaning: 75 €

Großartig

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war hervorragend. Sie spricht übrigens sehr gut Deutsch. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, etwa 2 km von San Remi entfernt. Wir sind in der Regel mit dem Fahrrad in die Stadt gefahren. Diese Stadt ist wirklich ein Traum. Das Haus ist für Leute, die selber kochen möchten hervorragend ausstattet. Die Einrichtung ist mehr als ausreichend. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: das WLAN ist extrem langsam, aber daran können die Vermieter leider nichts ändern. Insgesamt können wir dieses Haus nur sehr weiter empfehlen.

Quel bonheur de prendre le petit déjeuner en terrasse avec pour voisines les cigales et leurs chants mélodieux, le tout dans un cadre charmant, verdoyant et ensoleillé : En un mot la Provence. Location très bien équipée et agréable. Quelques ponts négatifs : Le RDC n’est pas traversant donc peu lumineux A l’étage , hauteur limitée à cause des poutres Éviter de boire l’eau trop ferrugineuse.

Schönes, ruhiges Objekt, viel Platz drinnen und draußen, freundliche Vermieter und Nachbarn, sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen. Eigenes Fahrzeug ist von Vorteil.

Liebevoll aber...

Das Haus war leicht zu finden, man sollte aber kein Auto besitzen, das tiefer gelegt ist, die Zufahrt geht über einen Feldweg. Um Haus selbst war es liebevoll eingerichtet, in der Küche fehlte es an nichts, es gab sogar einen Elektrogrill. Negativ war die 2 Etage, extreme Dachschräge in beiden Schlafzimmern und dem zweiten Bad. Für uns Ältere war es etwas mühsam. Ein weiterer Punkt war das fehlende Fliegengitter an der Eingangstür, die direkt in den Wohn-Ess-Küchenbereich führt, bei sommerlichen Temperaturen lässt man die Tür logischerweise offen, somit war die Fliegeninvasion unvermeidbar. Sehr schade. Wenn wir nochmals wiederkommen bringen ein Tür Fliegengitter mit. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden. Corinne und ihr Mann sind sehr herzlich. Danke nochmals für die Urlaubstage bei Euch. Auch unser Hund war zufrieden.

Sehr gut gelegenes kleines Ferienhaus

Das hübsche kleine Häuschen ist nur wenige Minuten von Saint Remy entfernt. Ein sehr schöner Ort mit vielen Restaurants und mehreren Sehenswürdigkeiten. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man für schöne Ferien braucht. Sehr nette Vermieter! Ideal für einen ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub in der Provence.

Un havre de paix !

Un séjour reposant. La maison est facile à vivre, à proximité du centre tout en étant un peu en retrait, au calme. Avec mes enfants, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter !

Maison au calme, bien équipée et propre, bien située pour différentes visites de la région. L'accueil chaleureux des propriétaires vraiment sympathiques. J'ai passé 14 belles jour avec mon chien, qui avait trouvé une amie - la chienne du voisin - tout de suite. Je recommande pleinement la maison.

Endroit super calme et agréable pour un séjour en famille et amis. Les propriétaires sont très sympas et disponibles si nécessaire. Ils ont été très réactifs qd nous avons eu un petit souci avec la piscine. Parfait pour un séjour au repos, sans parler de la proximité avec St Rémy de Provence, les Baux, Avignon. Maison bien équipée, la 2eme salle de bain est appréciable.

bon séjour

nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans une propriété très bien entretenue. Nous avons reçu un accueil chaleureux avec une délicate attention à notre arrivée (une bouteille de rosé au frais et des glaçons). C'est un petit nid douillet et bien équipé. Tout petit bémol, la hauteur de plafond dans les chambres, que moi je n'ai pas ressenti avec mes 1m50. Les propriétaires sont charmants, et n'hésite pas à proposer un plan B en cas de besoin. Bref à recommander vivement.

Vacances ensoleillées et au calme

Une villa au cœur des champs et en proximité du centre de St Rémy de Provence qui offre tout le confort dont on peut avoir besoin ! Des propriétaires accueillants et sympathiques, qui restent disponibles tout en étant discret. A refaire car il y a énormément de choses à voir et faire en proximité.
