"Old Center" Charming House with Terraces and Garage

  • 100 m2 house renovated in 2017 combining the old and the contemporary
    It has a large living room of 35 m2 very bright with an integrated kitchen
    A first bedroom of 20 m2 with its bathroom and its private terrace
    A second upstairs bedroom of 20 m2 which opens onto a huge terrace with its living room to enjoy the Provencal blue sky
    A garage (rare in the neighborhood) with its automatic gate which can accommodate two cars
