With its exceptional location the villa CAN PANORAMA in Arles-sur-Tech offers an ideal place to relax in total privacy with a wonderful view of the forest and the mountains, just a few minutes from shops, bike paths and hiking trails. It is a new, modern and very comfortable detached villa with a private infinity pool (10m X 4m) facing the forest. The pool can be heated in May, June, September, October. The villa is air-conditioned, on one level with a mezzanine offering a more intimate relaxation area. There is direct access to the large terrace and the infinity pool from every room including the bedrooms each with its own bathroom. Whether inside or outside you feel really good and enjoy the amazing view.
On the ground floor are living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet, 4 bedrooms (suites).
The mezzanine has a desk and a convertible sofa.

A beautiful modern property the property is well equipped for your stay. The property is in a well elevated position and up a small road but easy to find and greeted by your charming hosts Elisabeth and Pierre. There are shops nearby but not close enough to walk to but that was not a problem for us.

Nous avons passés de magniques vacances dans cette incroyable villa qui est juste parfaite (décoration, propreté/hygiène, vue de la terasse et de la piscine,...). Villa isolée à Arles-sur-Tech

Can Panorama est une magnifique propriété, absolument conforme aux photos reprises dans l’annonce. Les propriétaires, très dynamiques, sont absolument charmants! Elisabeth et Pierre sont de belles personnes, attentives aux besoins de leurs locataires et vraiment sympathiques. La situation de la villa offre la possibilité de faire pas mal de randonnées à pied ou à vélo (pistes balisées, qui permettent de contourner les départementales). En prenant la voiture, nous sommes assez rapidement à la mer (Argelès-sur-Mer, Collioure…). En voiture, nous sommes également allés à Villeranche, où nous avons fait les gorges de la Carança (magnifique randonnée, à faire par temps sec), pris le train jaune, qui sillonne dans les Pyrénées et c’est également à partir de Villefranche-de-Conflent que nous avons visité le château-fort Libéria, visite que je recommande par beau temps. Arles-sur-Tech est assez proche de Céret, où, le samedi matin, se tient un marché typique, avec pas mal de produits locaux. Le marché de Céret serait l’un des plus beaux marchés e France. Fantastische Lage - Traumhafte Ruhe

Eine perfekte Villa in fantastischer Lage! Der Ausblick auf die Berge ist den ganzen Tag über genial, der Pool und die Südterrasse sind perfekt in die Hanglage eingebunden und die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern ist reibungslos und äußerst zuverlässig (auf Französisch, Englisch oder Deutsch). Sehr zu empfehlen!

Très agréable séjour avec une vue à couper le souffle.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa à la vue époustouflante. Tout y est ! La villa est très bien aménagée, tout confort ! La terrasse est le cœur de la maison et la vue est juste magique, sans oublier la piscine à débordement. Nous remercions les propriétaires de leur accueil chaleureux et convivial. Une première impression que nous ne sommes pas prêts d’oublier : accueil TRÈS chaleureux accompagnées d’attentions de bienvenue, puis la découverte de la villa nous a laissé sans voix : nous avions l’impression qu’elle avait été construite sur mesure afin de satisfaire les besoins de l’ensemble du groupe (salle de bain privative, climatisation..). Un havre de paix dont on se souviendra longtemps, encore merci à Elisabeth et Piotr pour leur gentillesse, leur joie de vivre ainsi que la confiance qu’ils nous ont accordés.

Nous avons séjourné à 8 (4 couples) dans la villa de Élisabeth et Piotr. Nous avons été parfaitement renseignés avant le séjour et chaleureusement accueillis. La maison est fantastique, très confortable, très bien équipée et la vue est magnifique. Elle également très bien située, car nous venions pour nous reposer et randonner et nous avons pu alterner entre montagne et bord de mer. Nous recommandons sans réserve.
