We particularly appreciated the white noise machine, although it was a quiet, peaceful neighborhood anyway, and the Nespresso machine with plenty of pods. Super basic accommodations inside the condos, the owner does not appear to live or stay in these. The property itself was clean, well taken care of and relaxing. Communication with the property manager was prompt and friendly, with easy to understand check in/out directions. "There was an issue with the toilet, and we called it in several times, but no one showed to fix it. I was concerned due the constant running of water through the toilet tank that wouldn't shut off after you flushed, so there was a wasted water and constant toilet noise. Additionally, some of the light bulbs were blown and need replaced. Also, the shower-liner for the tub should have been change, as it was pretty dirty. Other than that, we had a really nice stay."

"The apartment was clean and just like pictures. Perfect for our family of 5, located next to a mall as well as many other food locations and Target. The Metro is just a 3 min walk away. Super convenient. We loved this place."

"Great little apartment close to both Ballston and Virginia Square Metros. Basically no cooking supplies (only two small fry pans) so if you are planning to make meals in the apartment, don’t expect to have much to work with. But the building is nice and clean and convenient"
