"This is a really fun location right on King street. Highly recommend. The room is like an efficiency apartment, very cool. We just used the fridge but there is cookware and glass cups. It is a homey kind of feel. We used the dishes and used the sink for daily washing. This apartment is right in the middle of a busy street. So it is pretty lively until after midnight. "Cute place and plenty of room for a group. We also enjoyed sitting outside and using the gas fire pit. Each unit has a parking space in front. There is a park across the street and around the corner is a free bus stop that takes you to the metro. Management was very responsive. We had a small leak and they had it taken care of right away. We would definitely stay there again."

"We like this property however when we arrived there was about five plies of toilet paper left in the bathroom. When I texted to ask for more I was told they could not provide “extra” toilet paper. So as soon as we arrived at the hotel to check in and drop off our luggage, we immediately had to go to a grocery store to buy toilet paper. It was very odd and inconvenient "
