"The hotel was clean and it’s on a quiet street but I was disturbed by someone at the hotel screaming for help one day. Next the laundry and trash cart is very loud they go up and down all day and night with this awful loud cart. When I asked for cleaner for the tub after being there almost a week they looked at me like I was crazy they were very rude. "Hyatt in general is pretty good about maintaining good properties. This hotel was very clean, water pressure was pretty good, but the rooms are quite dated and in need of a refresh. The AC and bathroom fan were both super loud - my husband and I needed ear plugs in order to sleep. The AC did work well though, and room temp was comfortable thru out our stay. Smoke detectors looked super old - not sure if still up to code. Bathroom was tiny, and shower stall was visibly old, but it was clean. We...
