I received clear and precise directions that enabled me to get to the car park. I would otherwise STILL be driving around Carlisle. "

My only complaint would be the showerhead in our room was very grimy and should be replaced, otherwise the room was excellent!"

"Lovely inn dating back to 1688. Food was delicious and the rooms were cosy. For those who are on the taller side, it's worth noting that as part of the charm of a building built in the 1600's, you will find yourself having to duck underneath the doorframes!"
