"Very accommodating "

"I’ve been staying here for years ,since it was a Holiday Inn, so I’ve seen this place deteriorate. Got a room with a particularly bad mattress and there was a leak causing a very wet area at the side of the bed. The place used to be great but it’s quickly deteriorating with no apparent care to fix it up . It’s sad to see . Parking lot needs repair. ALL CARPETS NEED STEAM CLEANING !!!! Desperately! Truth be told , the only way to save this place is to close it down and completely redo it . That’s why Holiday Inn sold it . They knew that’s what it needed . "

"Swimming pool was closed for maintenance on both days that we were at the hotel. Bathroom floor had a tile pattern that looked like it was dirty. There was an air filter below the thermostat that wasn't properly covered. Otherwise, conditions were fine. The staff was very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet that came with the room. "

"We were kept up most of the night by people playing music and having loud sex next door. I am not sure if they were loud or the fact we had a room with an adjoining door. After an hour plus we called the front desk to complain. The guy told us if they were having sex they should be done soon. I told him it was going on for more than an hour. He told me I could call the police. Two hours later, still playing music and having loud sex. The front desk attendant knocked on their door to ask them to keep it down. They basically told him to go away and then he told them we were threatening to call the police, Great for him to put us in that position. Went down in the morning and the young lady was nice but basically the message was you get what you pay for. We even offered to move to another room, but they were full. They seem to get a lot of local clienteles on the weekends. I would not suggest going there with your family/kids. If you do, take your light noise machine or get the app on your phone. Aside from above, cleanliness is sub par and many odors."

"Breakfast wasn’t bad. Staff was very friendly. The room was clean the housekeeping clean the room every day while we were there however it was very noisy. Couldn’t get too much sleep. The people that were Next to us kept waking up my baby. The bathroom in the room has a sliding door for a wall coverage that lets all of the light out of the bathroom into the bedroom so that’s not good for people that is sleeping. Other than that I had a good day."

"I was on the second floor - three day stay with a lot of stuff. the one elevator was broken the whole stay. I was not warned at check in that elevator was broken. Tub drained very poorly which staff fixed promptly. The two bedside tables had lamps with way too dim bulbs; I had trouble reading in bed."

"Comfy beds, clean room, excellent breakfast and service at the Biddle Estate and Goosefeather restaurants. "
