"Rooms need updating "

"The bed and AC was good along with the pillows. The bathroom sink would not drain and the water barely got warm. Neither of the TVs worked. "

"We did not use the AC. The room was a little worn down. The room was as clean as you can get while rehabbing. Staff was friendly. Looked like they were really trying to stay open to continue the upgrades room by room. Hopefully they continue the job and make it a beautiful place to stay. "

"I liked the helpfulness of the staff! Some amenities like the gym was only open tell 12 so couldn’t use it The breakfast was good when I got to eat it. I had to leave for work by 5:30 it didn’t open in time for me to eat everyday"

"Breakfast was according to my husband " TERRIBLE", so plan on getting breakfast out and may we suggest "Big Bad Breakfast" in Rock City, Chattanooga. "

"The area is very dangerous and poor condition. Part of the hotel a huge portion is destroyed Hotel is extremely dirty, very rundown, and should not be open. This hotel would not accept credit cards they do not have a computer system or a reservation system Hotels.com should not be associating with hotels in such poor condition. I did not stay at this hotel because of its poor condition I found a different hotel and hotels.com had to refund my money! It was a 3-hour ordeal of the hotel not being able to find my reservation, and then an hour and 45 minutes on line with hotels.com."

"Home was a huge convenience. We were in town for a family funeral. Communication was great."
