"I was checked in to a nearby hotel by the Celebi residence team called Oriella hotel even though my reservation was with them ! The room i got lacked basic amenities and it was so old and nit cleaned well with a lot of voice problems. The bathroom was inside the room itself therefore if we were 2 persons we would have no privacy at all. The reception team is weak in communication and if you say hi or good mroning most of the times they will pretend not to hear you. They did put nescafe and water...

"The flat was nice, spacious, well-furnished and had beautiful massive windows (lots of sunlight). The washing machine was very handy to have. However, it could have been cleaner (there was dust on the floor [clean but as if not cleaned recently or cleaned but not thoroughly & small square pillows in bedroom were disgusting - yellowish from peoples' sweat). A drawback is that there is no sound proof and it is easy to get distracted by noises from the street. Also, there was no tissues at all...

"Great apartment that has just been renovated. Comes with all facilities including kitchen and washing machine. The reception staff were all very helpful. It's a little way from public transport meaning a walk up hill is required to get to most sites. Lots of local shops around so you can buy at much less inflated prices than the bazaar."

"Great base to explore the city. Food options locally are limited and over priced for tourists so it pays to find restaurants further away from Taksim. The apartment itself is small, the bedroom has no window, however we slept well none the less. Things are characterful I think you would say. All in all a good, well priced base that provides more privacy than that afforded by a hotel."

"We stayed, here last night, they provided one of the best service we received in any hotel, the rooms are so nice and clean, very comfortable beds, the staff was so friendly and helpful they went out of their way to help us with transportation to the Airport, accommodated us even after we checked out, so a big thanks to the hotel staff and management."

"I had a long layover in Istanbul and needed an affordable place to sleep. Found this place on Expedia. The rooms are clean and have basic amenities. The staff is very polite and welcoming. It takes 12 minutes to get from the airport to the hotel. I took the cab from the airport and their driver took me back. If I would travel that route again, I definitely would stay there."

"I had to book this additional night just to be able to check out at 4 pm because the front desk employee said they are fully booked and can not give me a late checkout so infront of him I booked an additional night and told him apparently you are not fully booked and informed the manager of what happened and she said oh you just booked the last room."
