Nestled at 4000 feet above the snow line in the heart of the Stanislaus National Forest, our cozy home awaits on a tranquil cul-de-sac just 2.5 hours outside the Bay Area. When you enter the cabin, you will find yourself in the bright and spacious entryway on the second floor where the kitchen, dining room, laundry room, living room, hall bathroom, spare bedroom and master suite are all located.

Kitchen- Indulge your inner chef in our newly renovated kitchen, boasting sleek granite countertops, top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, and a spacious butcher block island with seating for four, perfect for casual dining or meal prep gatherings. From pots and pans to a crockpot, waffle maker, blender, and mixer, we’ve thought of everything you need to whip up culinary delights. Plus, with baking and cooking essentials, wine glasses, dishes for 14, and basic cleaning necessities on hand, your cooking adventures are bound to be a breeze.

Dining room- large dining table with seating for 8. Coffee bar with coffee pot, Keurig machine, French press and starter supplies to enjoy a nice cup of coffee or some hot coco.

Laundry room- Double washer and dryer with starter supply of laundry detergent/dryer sheets. Iron/ironing board and highchair also located in laundry room.

Living room- Unwind in our inviting living room oasis, where expansive windows invite nature indoors, creating a serene ambiance, Stay cozy by the warmth of the gas fireplace as you catch your favorite shows on the 55" smart TV. With ample seating for everyone, it's the perfect spot to gather, relax, and make memories.

Hall bath- Updated full bathroom stocked with hand soap, body wash/shampoo/conditioner, starter supply of toilet paper, and towels/cloths for guest in spare bedroom.

Bedroom- Cal-king bed, full size futon, USB charging hub, and extra blankets and pillows located in closet.

Master Bedroom- Brand new Cal-King memory foam mattress, 50" smart TV, USB charging pods, attached remodeled bathroom with large shower stocked with hand soap, body wash/shampoo/conditioner, starter supply of toilet paper and towels/cloths. You can also find a playpen in closet (please bring your own sheet/blankets for playpen).

Down the spiral staircase you will find a large game room, 2 bedrooms, and a full bathroom.

Game Room: Step into the ultimate game room paradise! Challenge your friends to a match on the pool table or air hockey, try your luck at the card table, or relive the classics on our arcade machine with over 6,000 games. When you need a break, cozy up by the gas fireplace or head out to the patio, Plus there's a bar with seating for four to keep the fun going.

Bedroom #1- Brand new Cal-King memory foam mattress, 50" smart TV, USB charging hub, extra blankets/pillows in closet and a playpen (you will need to provide sheets/blankets for playpen if you want to use it).

Bedroom #2- Two twin size bunk beds, one full size bunk bed futon, 50" smart TV, extra blankets in the dresser.

Bathroom- Updated full bath with tub/shower combo and stocked with hand soap, body wash/shampoo/conditioner, Kleenex, starter supply of toilet paper and towels/cloths for downstairs guests.

Garage- Immerse yourself in fun with updated garage, featuring shuffleboard, darts, table tennis, foosball, and even a wine barrel chess table for a touch of sophistication

Outdoors- Enjoy the sunset from the front deck swing or gather around the outdoor table on the updated back deck, which seats eight and features a propane BBQ. Let the kids slide down the slide, play horseshoes, or shoot some hoops in the front yard.

The cabin has enough parking for 4 cars on the driveway. Our neighborhood does not allow street parking.

During winter months you will either need 4-wheel drive or chains if there is snow.

We do have a plow service however they are not on a schedule so you may need to use the shovel by the garage to clear a path.

Our house is child friendly, but it is not child proof.

Our house provides linens however any extra blankets that you pull out of the closet we request you wash before you leave.
