"If I could give this hotel a clean stars I would just your basic hotel but the owners are extremely pleasant very friendly very hospitable and they offer smoking rooms which I'm absolutely a fan of... So if you're in the Gilman area and looking for quaint cozy hotel room with extremely pleasant owners this is the place to stay. "We stayed at this property for a couple of days and everything went very smoothly. Rob was responsive and helpful and we had everything we needed. We both work remotely and the WiFi was great for both of us; not a glitch. The bed was comfy and the kitchen was easy to cook in. The location is quite lovely - near to two parks and right on the river. We had a nice peaceful stay, thank you."

Close to ONU Campus

"The stay was clean, close to Olivet University and comfortable. Though we were not aware it was a unit in a building (versus a small home), all worked out well and communication for one concern (outdoor) was quickly responded to. Interior was as pictured, and coffee pods provided enjoyed."

"Letonya was an amazing front desk lady. Extremely nice and knew how to handle customer service well. This has been the best stay at a hoyel i have had in a long time. Bteakfast was AMAZING. It was a HOT breakfast. Better than i expected. Had very kid friendly foods also. I will definitely stay here again. I loved it. My kids loved it. It was amazing. "

"Check in staff was very sweet! Everything is nice and comfy and clean. It has old carpet though, smells funny and feels like a super 8 thlugh. I was very disappointed in the breakfast. I specifically chose a hotel that had breakfast but this hotel did not. They offered 2 packaged pastry options as breakfast. It was a muffin or a honeybun. They should advertise as no breakfast and then put those 2 pastries out as complimentary treats if they want."
