This delightful retreat is thoughtfully equipped with modern amenities, including air conditioning and wifi internet access. Conveniently located on the 4th floor, the apartment is easily accessible via the lift. Step out onto the balcony, where you'll find a sun awning and a charming patio table with chairs, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery.

Inside, the cozy lounge invites you to unwind on the comfortable sofas while enjoying the entertainment provided by the flat screen TV with a wide selection of English and international satellite channels. You'll also find a convenient coffee table, a standard lamp for ambient lighting, a music stereo, and, of course, air conditioning to ensure a pleasant stay. Adjacent to the lounge, the newly refurbished kitchen offers everything you need, including an oven, a 2-ring hob, a microwave, a fridge with a small freezer compartment, a kettle, and a toaster.

The bedroom features two cozy single beds accompanied by a bedside table and bedside lights, creating a tranquil atmosphere for a good night's sleep. Additionally, you'll find a chest of drawers and two spacious wardrobes, providing ample storage space for your belongings. The bathroom offers a modern walk-in shower, a wash hand basin, and a WC, completing the apartment's convenient facilities. For added security, a security safe is available for your peace of mind.

Please note that air conditioning is available upon request for an additional fee of €25 per week, allowing you to tailor the temperature to your preference. Additionally, kindly note that the lead guest must be 25 years or older, and we kindly request that there are no groups consisting solely of males or females.
