The best this about this place was the picture on the listing of the view from the balcony. Communication difficult, only through WhatsApp which was not noted anywhere on the listing. All communication prior to arrival was by email with on note of WhatsApp. No wifi as promised in listing. Toilet seat broken (they did fix on the last dayafter I got ahold of them). Lock to metal security door was broken, I figured out I could reach through and flip the latch with a finger to get in but so could anyone else. Shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. TV was predominantly spanish channels, could not get Netflix to work. There were elevators but you had to take multiple steep ramps and/or stairs to get to the elevator. Kitchen extremely basic with cabinets that looked like a poor handiman put them together. Trash in the corridor was never picked up for entire stay. Maintenance was pounding loudly on two days working on something nearby. Couch in living room was comfortable but most of the other furniture was cheep and the beds were hard. On the positive side, there was very hot water, there were several restaurants very close and a grocery store right next to the back of the complex.
