On the upper floor, there are 3 bedrooms with a double bed, 1 bedroom with a triple bunk bed (in the lower part, a double bed and upstairs, 1 single bed), and a trundle bed with 2 single beds.This is a well located house, close to the sea, to shopping areas (within 10 minutes walk), but at the same time enjoy of the tranquility of being an individual house outside the town, surrounded by a well-kept garden at the front; at the back is, recently built, an area dedicated to a private pool, solarium and barbecue, with a bathroom and a plate pool shower It also has a large roof terrace from which the four cardinal points can be seen without obstacles: the sea and the town to the south, Mount Teide to the north, the pool and the solarium to the west, and a garden and volcanic landscape to the east.
