Nestled in the heart of the sought-after Parque Santiago 2 complex, this delightful one-bedroom duplex offers an intimate getaway for up to two guests. Positioned on the 3rd floor, the apartment provides partial views of the sea, adding a tranquil backdrop to your stay.

As you step out onto the private balcony, you're greeted by a set of patio furniture, perfect for enjoying morning coffees or evening cocktails, with the gentle sea breeze as your companion. Sliding patio doors open to a cosy living area, thoughtfully arranged with a comfortable sofa, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV offering a selection of English and international channels for your entertainment. The apartment also has WIFI internet. The space is also equipped with a dining area featuring a table and four chairs, ideal for home-cooked meals.

The kitchen is fully -equipped with all the modern conveniences you would expect, including an oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, 2-ring hob, kettle, and toaster, catering to all your culinary needs.

A staircase leads to the upper floor where the serene bedroom awaits. It is furnished with a double bed, bedside tables with lamps, a chest of drawers, and a large mirror, creating a restful environment. Ample storage is available in the fitted wardrobe. The ensuite bathroom is complete with a shower, wash hand basin, bidet, and WC. A large mirror above the sink adds a touch of elegance. Additionally, a washing machine is provided for your convenience.

The owner also offers the optional use of the garage. Guests must request this and the cost is an extra 10 euros per night. A security safe has also been provided so that guests can keep their valuables secure.

This apartment combines comfort and functionality, making it an ideal choice for couples seeking a peaceful retreat with all the comforts of home.

Currently (November 2024) there is no lift access to the apartment, but there is a plan to install a lift in early 2025. Please ask us again for further information.

Please note due to new legal regulations in Spain, the owner of this property may require some personal information from guests, including but not limited to the following: copies of passports for all the guests, the guests' home address, mobile telephone number and email address. Also, if children aged 18 years or younger are included in the party, we will need to know the relationship of the children to one adult member of the party. Full flight details will also be required to arrange the key handover.
