In the centre of Costa del Silencio, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, traffic calmed area, 20 m from the sea, 900 m from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool secured (depth 110 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec. pool opening hours: 10:00-19:00) with internal staircase. Unconventional pool shape. WC in the pool area, children's pool, outdoor shower. In the complex: bar, lift. Shop 200 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "La Te" 250 m. Golf course (9 hole) 8 km. Nearby attractions: Playa de Las Americas 16 km, Siam Park 16 km, Acantilados de Los Gigantes 42 km, Masca 50 km, Teide 51 km. Please note: baby equipment on request. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
