Located in the quiet village of Chayofa, near Arona, the very spacious Villa Ginevra offers an excellent view of the sea and the mountains.

The 600 m2 villa consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 16 bedrooms and 16 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 32 people.

Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a washing machine as well as 8 TVs located in some of the bedrooms and living room. There is air conditioning in the kitchen, living room and all bedrooms upstairs.

There is a suite that has a bathroom with a shower and a hydromassage bathtub.

Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms without air conditioning, but with a fan instead.

On top of that, a private sauna is also provided for your enjoyment.

A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

Your private outdoor area includes a heated pool, a jacuzzi, a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. The open terrace is furnished with comfortable loungers, lounge chairs and umbrellas and a table and the covered terrace offers a dining area with a table and chairs. In the evening, you can prepare a meal for the whole group and enjoy a glass of wine, surrounded by nature and tranquility.

Pets are not allowed. The jacuzzi and pool can be heated under request with an extra cost to be payable on site.

The property has a Turkish bath and a cinema/meeting room, which guests can use upon request and at additional cost.

Flexible check-in and check-out times are subject to availability and only on request.

CCTV is located outside the property, directed to the main entrance and the garage door, recording by movement.
