"We stayed in 561 and one of the issues we had was the noise from the outside. I know that isn’t the fault of the hotel but if you are a light sleeper it can get irritating. The other issue we had is when you do go down to the restaurant at busy times. Kitchenware is a bit light. As well as tables. You’re waiting for clean bowls and glasses and sometimes even tables. But on the other hand if the hotel is full it must be doing something right. If I haven’t mentioned anything. It’s pretty faultless. (Food, entertainment, facilities etc) Only small issues but overall. A very enjoyable 8 nights all inclusive. I will be returning no doubt."

"Great facilities, immaculately clean and a great standard. Great location for us as was up a hill to get there with great views over the sea. We didn’t mind the hill but less able people would perhaps find an issue so ensure you are aware"

"The hotel was very pleasant with nice rooms and in a convenient location in the centre of Las Americas but we'll away from the seedy Veronicas strip. I would stay again."

"Room wasn't that clean. Walked around for 10 minutes in bear feet and my feet were black. Also see blue slush puppy stains on the coffee table so obviously never got wiped over. Had a massive balcony with sea views but unfortunately didn't get much sun on the balcony really. Air conditioning was good and overall a nice hotel. What was nice is you can get free shuttle to the beach and back."
