"Good if your plans are to visit UMPI across the street and do nothing else. We were there Monday through Friday and housekeeping never came - the garbage from takeout started smelling so we put it in the hallway and they even took their time picking it up, yet there was a tip envelope left for housekeeping (?!) no new towels all week. the airport shuttle is $20 which felt excessive for such a short ride. The gym was not open during our stay. They had a water pipe burst and cut off water for a while. Waffle batter was empty at breakfast and day shift can’t refill it they said. Beds were comfortable but one of them creaked very loudly. The food in the restaurant was mid at best, not great if being honest but there wasn’t great food in the whole town when we went out either, to be fair. Would possibly stay again but if I had to do it all over again I probably would’ve stayed at the Northeastland hotel downtown. It was truly shameful how Presque Isle Hotel had tattered and torn American flags up, especially between Memorial Day and the 4th of July on this nations 250th."
