Also the host was excellent since day one and the cabin was super clean and cozy. Highly recommend Lighthouse cabins!! You’re gonna love it!"

"This property is situated on a lovely spot. We took our kayaks out a lot, and there are also kayaks and canoes here to use. Our dog loved it too! We liked the proximity to Lincoln, not too far but not too close either! Will also add that if you’re coming to the area to see and hear loons, this is your lake!"

"Such a peaceful staycation. The views and falling asleep/waking up to the sounds of the water and wildlife make it worth it! The cabin had many more amenities than we anticipated (except large towels). That being said, we would love to visit this escape again!"

"As a group of 2 couples - this place was amazing. (There were enough beds that a whole family could easily stay!) Deer in the yard. Beautiful location. Close to places to visit - but far enough away that you had time to kick back and relax. It was clean, warm and cozy. The owner was a pleasure to work with - and responded to questions about local grocery stores and more. PS - We will go back."

"The cabin was clean, furniture was comfortable, all our needs were met, including wood for the fire pit, and an excellent supply of towels and linens. Plenty of parking for our 3 vehicles. "Bathroom outside in front screen room, freezing, hundreds of bugs, whole neighborhood can see you using tiny bathroom, not enough hot water for shower, have to unlock front door to use the outhouse. Cobwebs up walls everywhere, filthy dust balls and dog hairs all over floors plus sand. Have to bring your own water, zero house supplies, furniture disgusting cobwebs/dust and wall decor. Back screen room beautiful view, great back and lake but huge huge spiders drop down from eves and screens have...

"The drive on the golden road was great, quiet, beautiful. The drive in the woods is priceless, open the car windows and breathe while driving in. Walking in the woods and starting to see the lake thought the trees was exciting. Arriving at the cabin take 5 before going in, enchanting! The walk to the cabin is like a fairy tale Christian was very helpful, and fast to respond to any messages. I can’t wait to be able go back"
