"The room was very clean. The shower was great had the old fashioned massage shower head that was great. Love the bed actually had a sheet, blanket and a bedspread. The refrigerator was huge, Loved the vanity area was separate from the shower and toilet. It was nice they offer breakfast but really wanted a real homecooked breakfast so we just got coffee and left.The staff was very friendly and helped another guest find an Urgent Care."

"The Merry Manor is conveniently located near airport and downtown. We stayed twice, once in a room that was ok and then got a nicer room when we returned. We liked that the shower and toilet were in a separate room with a sink and then an exterior sink accommodated the other person. There was a coffee maker, microwave and fridge with plenty of room for 2 suitcases. The breakfast was varied and surprisingly good for a motel. We used the hot tub and discovered that the pool is slightly heated as well, so a swim in cool weather was pleasant. All told, we enjoyed our stay."

"We always stay here when we are in Portland visiting family. A friendly welcoming and fun place. Great bar, the bartender remembered me from 6 months ago. Great breakfast. Don’t miss the chef made omelettes, wow delicious. The lobby is comfortable and a great place to hang out."

"Nice hotel. Room was comfortable. $35 dollar a day amenity charge that was unexpected-use in restaurant. $45 dollar a day valet parking in attached garage. Elevator slow and needs cleaning. Good location to seafront restaurants."

"Room and entire property was clean and well maintained. Staff was nice and helpful. There are two choices for parking: you can park in the garage yourself, just give your plate number at the front desk. You can also leave your car for valet parking in front of the hotel. Breakfast was very good. It’s not a continental breakfast, you order from a menu."
