"Was very clean and well put together"

"It was a great experience."

"Definitely not a place I'd stay at again. The place had a very uncomfortable feel to it and it's not maintained adequately as well. The breakfast was not satisfying at all. I'm a vegetarian and all they had for me to eat was bread and butter. Not even any cereal. What a shame!!! My worst experience ever."

"Clean and nice place! A delicious local breakfast. Thank you!"

"Pleasant staff."

"This is one of the most unique places to stay in the Caribbean. It is worth staying just to visit the trails and be on the beautiful grounds next to the monastery."

"Overall, everything was lovely, and I had a pleasant stay. The hotel was nice, and the breakfast options were delicious, with a good variety to choose from. I found this disappointing, as I would have appreciated more assistance in resolving the matter,...

"Although an older hotel, you can see the commitment to experience for the guests. The food was very good. The rooms were good, I was in an older room. I was comfortable, felt safe, and was fortunate to enjoy the outdoor space, the food, and the excellent service from the team members. Would recommend...

"This property is very well maintained. The room was lovely. The staff was very nice. We enjoyed the location as it is away from the city and surrounded by tropical birds and plants. The property is not a close walk to downtown. We took taxis, which we enjoyed, because the cabbies were friendly and gave us explanations of what we were passing. It is close to the Royal Botanical Gardens and the Zoo, which we enjoyed. I would recommend this hotel for your stay in Port of Spain."

"The hostess was amazing and I can't wait to come back again."
