Everything about this hotel was great. The staff at the desk, servers and housekeeping were all excellent. And the buffet breakfast was delicious at the Tiki village. And Service and food at Kava was great as well. All round wonderful stay.

Beautiful boutique hotel close to everything. Savannah, restaurants, St James, the avenue...you name it. Cant beat this location. Plenty of parking and two restaurants on site. Gotta try this option. You'll be pleasantly surprised!!

We had an amazing stay at Kapok hotel. Its in a great area, near the botanical gardens, the magnificent 7 and places to eat, it was lovely and safe. If you do come we highly recommend Ricky the driver (Kapok Hotel will give you his details upon request). He went above and beyond. Highly recommend this stay :)

The staff were very helpful with the check in and did not mind going over the instructions with weary travelers. The room was clean and well maintained, and the bathroom actually had a door :D Breakfast was a good mix, from local fruits to the usual eggs bacon and toast. Staff was very helpful there as well. I hope to visit them again in the future.

I had a fantastic stay at Kapok. The entire staff was rather warm and welcoming. Kareem at front desk went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable. In particular the breakfast was sumptuous with a wide variety of dishes. The panoramic city view was picturesque. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay and a tasty morning meal. Thanks again Kapok! 😊

The location of the hotel is very good. Taxis to Port-of-Spain pass in front of the property. The Queen's Park Savannah, Magnificent Seven, the Emperor Valley Zoo and the Botanical gardens are all within walking distance. The hotel itself has two restaurants Kava and Tiki Village. Additionally there are other restaurants within walking distance at Ellerslie Plaza and its environs. The room was clean.The buffet breakfast was ok. Check-in was not ok as at 1500 hrs the room was not ready. However, overall the experience was good.
