"photos is one, reality is the other. very poor maintantnce. rooms was NOT CLEAN (especially toilet..), there is a large window in the front of the room and the stuff kept coming to this window and see if i am in the room (an hour before regular checkout time) and that was really disturbing. happend at least 3-4 times. "What a find. Incredibly beautiful hide away on top of a mountain. Fantastic amenities and a killer breakfast. Wish we would have booked our massages earlier as they were sold out when we got there. Didn’t realize what a happening place Rosh Pina was. Alll the restaurants in the main city wee hopping at 10:30pm on a Monday night!"

"If the air conditioning had gotten the room cooler than 26C on our first night, I’d have been happier. The other problem - was the mould and unclean appearance of the shower and the fact that all 3 shower gel and shampoo dispensers were empty. I liked the hotel staff and appreciated the room was quiet and comfortable but AAAAGH how do they accept such low levels of deep cleaning? "
