A magnificent place, blessed with one of the most beautiful views in Israel. It genuinely feels as though this little piece of paradise was dropped from the heavens onto the Sea of Galilee. The staff made you feel like you truly mattered. They genuinely cared about your experience and went out of their way to ensure that your stay was memorable. Their warmth, attentiveness, and sincere hospitality made us feel welcomed and appreciated from the moment we arrived.

The location, the hotel itself, the staff, the amenities, and the breakfast and dinner were all wonderful. The Settai of Galilee was a truly dreamlike setting, with breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere that made our stay unforgettable. I was a little disappointed that our private pool didn’t have a pool light, and there was some sand or granular debris on the bottom of the pool\. Nevertheless, these were minor issues compared to the overall experience\. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return\.

We went there due the situation in the Middle East there was no flight abroad The service was amazing and the reception was wonderful. But there is one problems about the cleaning . Was super dust and we asked them to clean and there was no response.

The property and area are beautiful, and the villas are quite nice and appear clean at first glance. However, once you settle in and look around, they could benefit from additional cleaning and care. We stayed in a jacuzzi villa and highly recommend it over a pool villa if you want a view of the Sea of Galilee; otherwise, the view is not as enjoyable. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were kind, but they seemed inexperienced. They made us pay again, despite having already paid through Expedia. We initially believed they were charging our card for a deposit, but it took several days to receive a refund. While the restaurant manager was very kind, most of the other staff were quite rude. Our breakfast on the first day was delicious, but on the second day, it was all served cold.

Hotel is amazing. Our room was great and we had our own pool which was so fabulous. Clean room and bathroom. Plenty of towels. Food was delicious and plentiful. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Eli in particular was fantastic. We can’t wait to come again .

Very nice hotel...but b/c it was off-season, breakfast was delivered and served to your room...which you would of thought was nicer. In truth, the breakfast in the dining room is much grander and lavish with more variety. Even though the breakfast delivered to our room was a generous portion of assortments, some of the items were not fresh. Also - the parking situation is unacceptable. For such a high class hotel with premium rates, parking at the hotel should be complimentary. Instead, there is paid parking close to the hotel or free parking further away from the hotel...disappointing! Aside from the food and parking situation, the hotel is beautiful and well maintained. The staff were very polite and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at The Setai. During our stay, the chef, Tzvi, was very welcoming and made our stay even better. I really appreciated Tsvi’s hospitality- he made sure we were enjoying our stay and it was great to see how passionate he was about his work. His food and service were top-notch and I would definitely visit the hotel again!
