"Cesar, our host, was really nice and helpful and we could reach out to him whenever we had a question. All the workers on site where really nice and friendly. The farm is setup within beautiful surroundings and there where lots of farm animals to look at. We are definitely planning on coming back again in fall! "

The hosts go out of their way to make sure you are happy including leaving you treats on the patio. You can easily walk into Sanitiago do Escoural which is a quiet little town. "What an amazing time we had in Orvalhos! The house sits on a hill where it overlooks the Alentejo plaines. In the mornings , the sounds of bells and birds always made me happy. The locals are just as nice! The house was very clean and it had all we needed. We kept it warm by using the fireplace every evening.
