"This property is Extremely Beautiful and so very very well maintained and clean. Our host and hostess greeted us with a bottle of wine and a berry tort, delicious. The surrounding area is so very peaceful and beautiful. We were there for 1 week and totally enjoyed our selves. The home itself is very well equipped with whatever one would need. I could tell that attention to detail was the owners goal. Very lovely people and very lovely home."

"We had a great time in this beautiful house, with huge sitting area and a fantastic swimming pool which is perfect for staying cool on hot days. There are many beautiful towns and places to see not far from the house. However, the house was so nice that we spent most of the time in the swimming pool and garden. The owner is really helpful and welcoming."

"Paolo the host met us in the village and took us up to some steep roads to the appartment which has super outlook. The path up from the village is along traditional old narrow Italian walkways (not suitable for anyone with walking or breathing problems).The appartment has everything you could need."

"The two landlords are two loving elderly people who take touching care of their guests. The house is furnished with great attention to detail and hardly leaves anything to be desired. The mountain village in which the house is located is tiny but beautifully situated. If you want a quiet holiday, this is the place for you. "Nach der Anreise auf den gut ausgebauten Sraßen , kamen wir an dem kleinen gut ausgestattetem Häuschen an. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt so wie besprochen. Die Lage und Unterkunft ist idela für Meschen die Ruhe suchen. Da die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etwas entfernt sind, ist es von Vorteil, wenn man vor der Anfahrt einkaufn gwht. Sehr geeignet für Selbstversorger."

"Hello, We really enjoyed our holidays at this house full equipped. Wide rooms with air conditioned very useful during summer time. The pool is large enough with an AMAZING view on the valley and on Trevi! We have a very good welcome and availibity of the renter. By the way, they produce a good olive oil locally. Thanks again! "I picked this place because I prefer to stay in the countryside rather than a city and this place did not disappoint. It was quiet and peaceful. I also liked that they had an outdoor swimming pool, which was a good way to cool down since the weather was extremely hot. The breakfast was excellent, and I recommend their restaurant for dining too. It is traditional Italian food prepared to order without rushing. Be ready to spend at least an hour on the whole dining experience."

"My wife and I enjoyed a 2 night stay. The warmth and helpfulness of the staff made our stay especially memorable. The spacious double room was exceptionally clean, with modern decor. "We had a lovely stay at Grand Hotel San Gemini! It’s a beautifully renovated hotel with great attention to detail, located in a fantastic spot right in the old town—peaceful, quiet, and full of charm. Free parking just a few meters away was a big plus. The bed was very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and welcoming. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready and happy to assist. The highlight for us was definitely the swimming pool—absolutely fantastic, surrounded by greenery and perfect for relaxing on a hot day. Highly recommended!."
