"Close to airport. Staff helpful but check. signs for restaurant times. Shuttle was not running and had to use an uber. strong water pressure and decent hot water."

"Pool didn’t open at correct hours, restaurant was worthless considering it was open 4 hours a day and this was the weekend. Starbucks is better at my house. "

"Rooms were clean. I took my grandchildren to the pool. The smell of chlorine was so bad my eyes were watering. My grandson had a coughing spell. I thought he had ingested some of the water but he told me he did not. I removed them from the indoor pool and got to our room. I made him stand in front of the cool air and he stopped coughing. I know that the chlorine levels have to be high. Maybe some extra ventilation would help in that area. My overall stay was very good. I would definitely stay again. "

"Staff was friendly. Breakfast was just ok but the coffee was awful. Like gas station dispenser stuff. The pool wasn’t open for the season but I could see it from the window and it’s way smaller than it looks in the photos online. Our room had black mold on the walls. "

"Only booked this hotel because it was listed as VIP with Expedia but I have zero clue how this could be considered VIP. BEWARE! The room entrance is on the outside of the building and the building is in poor condition. The room itself was clean and comfortable but we didn’t feel safe in the facility or area. Should be listed on site that rooms are not indoors! No parking and area not lighted. Breakfast left much to be desired! I was also to receive a $10 food/beverage credit because it was VIP but of course, no such luck! Did give me something off the snack bar but not what I should have been provided. Don’t stay at this hotel."
