"The property itself was nice. Everything looked like the online pictures. The check in process and checkout process was a bit complicated. I had a hard time finding what I was looking for on the app...specifically the lock box number and code for it. We came to NC to spend some time in the sun. Pretty disappointed to find out the pool was closed when we arrived. Wished we would have known that before we booked our reservation. "

"Place was nice and worked fo 5 coaches going to conference. Game room down stairs with Golden T was great. Nice breakfast place around the corner. Check in a little cofusing as well as meeting uber or lyft drivers. Overall great experience "

"The parking situation was a nightmare. Our car ended up getting towed the first night & had to spend $330.00 because someone was in our spot. The 2nd night someone was in our spot again. It ended up that they gave us the wrong parking spot number, which caused us to have to spend over $500 in towing & uber expenses. we should have been reimbursed for their mistake. Otherwise, the apartment was clean and the property manager resonded quickly. "

"This was such a bad experience for myself. I travel a lot for work and this place has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had so far. When I booked this place they made me go through all these questions and send ID and take a selfie and sign documents and I get it. They’re probably trying to protect their property and everything. The second day of my stay someone knocked the door very early while I was sleeping still and demanded to go inside the apartment to change the filter from the AC. He...
