"The staff at the front desk and the housekeepers were all so nice. The red haired lady on the night desk was lovely. All the staff were so helpful, they helped me with faxing, and I kept having to extend my stay, and they accommodated me. The breakfast was nice, and newspapers. The room had a good view and a large balcony with furniture. Microwave and fridge were good, everything very clean. Only downside is the road noise, which of course, can not be helped. I would stay here again. Thanks to the warm and wonderful staff!"

"The ferry to Nanaimo was full - so we were later arriving than expected and tired - we got such a warm welcome!! Has the lovely feel of a small business- every team member we met was smiling! You cannot check in after 11pm - so bear this in mind if travelling by ferry ( we just made it!)"
