Detached corner house next to a beautiful church with a landscaped patio and small private pool. Ideal for sunbathing and relaxing outdoors. Dining area and outside porch to spend pleasant evenings.
The house is recently renovated in a rural setting of a typical Mallorcan village. Next to the Franciscan Convent of San Antonio de Padua.
Loft open ground floor with minimalist and practical decoration. The goal: the guest does not feel intimidated by excessive decorations.
Upstairs 3 bedrooms with very high ceilings with wooden beams that provide character to the house.
Free parking on the street for the car.
Area of magnificent beaches. Several golf courses and marinas. Only 10km. Cala Rajada, important leisure and restoration. There you will find nightlife and people of very different nationalities. Fashion stores, supermarkets, souvenirs etc.
Possibility of renting a boat in the nearby marinas.
