Casa Marian is a spectacular villa with pool for 8 people in Can Picafort, very close to Son Bauló beach.

Casa Marian is a modern accommodation with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, recently built and located in a very quiet residential area of Can Picafort 500 metres from the beach. The minimalist style house is tastefully decorated with high quality furniture and offers all the comforts you need for a happy stay: Air conditioning throughout the accommodation, heating and Wi-Fi. It also has a beautiful swimming pool, a garden with natural lawn and several furnished terraces where you can enjoy the Mediterranean climate.

The house is located in Son Bauló, a residential area of Can Picafort with its own beach. This area is perfect for those looking for a quiet holiday in a modern house with pool and close to the beach.

Near the chalet you will find all kinds of services, supermarkets and restaurants. It is also only 500 metres from the spectacular sandy beach of Can Picafort. Furthermore, areas such as Port d'Alcúdia and Platges de Muro are less than 20 minutes away by car.
