Cozy home in Colonia de Sant Pere

Villa "Mediterra" invites you to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle. From the balcony, you can enjoy the view of the turquoise-coloured sea, feel the gentle breeze and breathe in the fresh coastal air.

For those who want to relax, just a few steps from the house lead to the rear terrace with pool, perfect for a refreshing dip. Comfortable loungers and a modern gas barbecue await you, ideal for an afternoon of relaxation and al fresco dining. Enjoy your meals at the wooden table with rattan chairs and savour the tranquil surroundings. The villa also has a roof terrace with marvellous views over the bay of Alcudia and the mountains.

Inside, a large patio door connects the pool area with the open-plan living and dining area. The bright, summery décor features white walls, warm wooden accents and colourful artwork. With four double bedrooms and three bathrooms (two en suite), Villa "Mediterra" ensures a comfortable stay for all.
