"Pros: Lovely host, very easy and friendly to communicate with. The cats and dogs present at the location. The location itself is fantastic. Close to Artá (which had everything you could need), fresh fruits and eggs, ... Cons: We had bad luck with the weather, which meant the pool wasn't an option. But that's not anything the owners can decide."

"Pros: Beautiful, modern finca in Arta. Short walk to the city center. Big pool and garden. Check-in was very easy and we met the very helpful and nice owners a couple of days later. Cons: We would have loved to have a few more of the absolut basics (toilet paper, garbage bags etc.) at hand for our ten day stay."

"Big home with a great pool for 2 families to enjoy a lovely island get away. Host and owner were nice, responsive, attentive and helpful. It is an older house, so minor issues with shower spray, mild musty smell, dust from outside. But no issues that were a big problem. We were mainly put back on the patio and swimming- the pool is amazing. The surroundings are private, peaceful and quiet. Gorgeous. We would stay again!"

"Beautifully converted townhouse with everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday"

"Pros: If you have high expectations from seeing the pictures, you are right so. The finca lives up to them easily. Its the old family home and you can see how much love and care went into everything for an enjoyable stay for guests. The owner and his mother are very attentive, but in a restrained manner and provide helpful information on beaches, restaurants, etc. The finca is about 4 km outside of the nice city of Artà. It is surrounded by a lot of nature. the next neighbours are measured in...

"Pros: Great pool and outdoor area with a well stocked villa for all needs"

"Photos flatter the property. Security gates broken, wifi only covers kitchen and hallway, mattresses poor, some showers broken, entrance driveway not maintained - bushes scratched hire car, owners son uses garage for his storage, sound system not bluetooth. Overpriced. Find somewhere else."
