"Please allow me to start off saying that the greeting upon arrival was unmatched. Cheerful, positive and full of energy. Secondly, the house is PERFECT and Mrs. Terry and Mrs. Amber were the GREATEST!!! The home was clean, room was a nice size, water was hot with excellent water pressure and a wonderful location. I read a few reviews where others said traffic was bad. There is traffic but nothing bad at all. The breakfast, ESPECIALLY the homemade blueberry muffins were phenomenal. I will come back each and every time I’m in the area. Thank you for an AMAZING stay and hospitality Mrs. Terri and Mrs. Amber. See you very soon.."

"This property is breathtaking. From being nestled in a woodsy setting to the handsomely decorated interior, this home exceeded our expectations. We traveled from Ohio to meet up with our Michigan kids in Charlevoix. As we roamed through the house, there were many excited comments of “look what’s here”! The owners were extremely gracious and have gone overboard in outfitting their home with games, movies, a fabulous art room, outdoor furniture including a fire circle, and a well equipped kitchen. We only wish we would have had more time to stay longer. The bar has been set high with this property. We will be back!"

"I was impressed with the renovation inside and all the wonderful decoration. It was extremely clean and the location was perfect away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Charlevoix, but just close enough to walk to a beach. The attached garage was a nice compliment and the very large backyard was great perfect for my Golden to run around and it was nice to see the fire pit back there. Overall, this renovated space was just right for me and I could’ve been happier. Bravo to the property manager, who was so nice enough to call me at the moment of booking and give me recommendations around town and it was comforting to know if there’s a real person behind the host."
