I can not complain all the staff were amazing

The hotel was clean, peaceful, and relaxing. Though the hotel is a mile down at the end of dirt road, it is gated with a security guard and right on the beach. The staff were professional and helpful. The electricity and AC worked consistently. Breakfast consisted of hot chocolate or coffee, juice, toast, and either spaghetti or an omelette. This was an amazing spot to stay in. The view was incredible and the staff was very friendly. The cleaning staff cleaned so well that you could literally eat off of the floor. Food was good and reasonably priced. I would without a doubt stay at this hotel anytime I fly into Cap-Haitian. Not to far from the Cap-Haitian Airport. The market place is a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. If planning to walk around bring sneakers or shoes that grip because hill to the hotel is steep.

It's always a pleasure to sleep at this hotel. Great location, peaceful and green. The staff is very courteous and often go out of their way to accommodate the customers. The rooms are always clean and spacious. Great stay

All staffs were so nice and ready to help. Hotel location was good for us to be in center of haitien people. Room was clean and the food was served as at home.

The services was wonderful. they have good activities to do. it was a great time I will go there for more anytime that I'm going to travel that's where I'm going to stay. The service there is wonderful i can't complain at all.

I cnt complain just the hot water and I was sick before I came so the cold water didn't help

Gonaives does not have many options for tourists. However, this hotel was very clean and comfortable! The room was spotless and smelled clean, had a full bath, tv, and AC. The hotel had working wifi. The only issue with the hotel itself is that it is dated, but that's the case with many hotels and is nothing more than a visual criticism. The person at the front desk also did not really speak French, only creole. Which was fine because we had a Haitian driver, but could maybe pose a problem to...

I love waking up to a wonderful warm breakfast. And some wonderful soup at super time. The hotel were the best ever. Wonderful staff very loving caring and genuine. I love one in particular name Lovely she went the extra miles to make my stay extra special. I would definitely recommend people to this hotel. I had a great time there.
