"Registration process was terrible. Staff told us to go to the wrong wing, gave us keys for the wrong room, and the room we ended up in wasn’t very clean. Staff in the dining room, bar, and throughout the hotel kept commenting on how no one knew what was going on (it was opening weekend). I understand bumps when getting up and running for the season but even something as simple as ordering extra toilet paper from housekeeping was complicated.
Brendon and Stacy were very nice and helped smooth over some things. Eamon in the bar was also good. Food in the dining room was greatly over priced and the $52 cut of ribeye was poor quality. Not nearly enough parking spots for hotel guests. Overall, the building is amazing and you can’t beat the location. Hopefully the staff are more on the same page as the season goes on."
