Hotels in this area are expectedly expensive. If you are on a budget like us, this motel will do. It serves its purpose. No AC though, there was a fan provided but too noisy we did not use it. Thankfully, when we went there, temps were in the 40s to 50s.

The beds were comfortable and the big pillows were awesome. It had Nice running hot water in the shower. Staff were very friendly. I enjoyed my stay and I would stay there again.

It's really good. Air conditioning is not fast, takes a lot of time to reach desired temp. Everything else is great.

Our original room wasn’t cleaned before we arrived so the manager (owner?) upgraded us to a larger room. He also helped make sure everything was accessible for my disabled mother. Very friendly and helpful.

I liked the fact that it was only a couple 100 yd from the park entrance. The property was well maintained and the beds were excellent. Overall, I will definitely be staying here again.

The hotel is centrally located in town and about a mile away from the entrance to Yellowstone. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. However, there was no shampoo or conditioner and the street was noisy late into the night and early morning. I recognize that they have no control over the street noise, so maybe you could request a room on the inside courtyard. Tried to open the window during the day to let in some fresh air and it took some great effort to move it just a little. A little WD40 would go a long way!

The binder left in the room containing a brief history of the property and multiple suggestions and information about the surrounding area, and Yellowstone Park as well, was a shining example of top tier customer service.

Ho hum is right in town, very conveniently located from west yellowstone entrance. Lots of bars, Restaurants and shopping in this very charming town! The Ho Hum was clean but no special amenities offered, not even ice. It was convenient for our stay!
