"The flat is in the middle of Ware, 50 yards from the main roundabout with the high street where there is a sign saying 'Ware Town Centre'. It is also next to a pub and opposite a Sainsbury's local which has deliveries all night. The traffic, deliveries and pub noise meant it was impossible to get any sleep and we had to leave after only 1 night.As well as this there were rat traps and razors in the parking area behind the flats. There was also rubbish piled up infront of the block and a distinct smell of mould in the entrance hall. Whilst the owner has done a good job of decorating the flat it's location means that it cannot be considered unless you are used to sleeping on a main road. The owner was extremely aggressive and unhelpful when we told her we would be leaving. Even though we left the flat immaculate she refused to consider a reduction in rental. She also refused to accept that the flat is in the town centre despite the Town Centre sign 50 yards from the door. "
"Very close to Hertford Centre which was excellent just a nice stroll. Area around the flat is not the most pleasant and the gym classes start at 7.30 on a Saturday morning with loud pumping music which might not be ideal for some. Unfortunately the exterior was awful - terrace couldn’t be used as the furniture was broken or covered in cobwebs debris bird poop and the area was not swept and overgrown and generally rundown and definitely not useable. The front door was filthy. The main entrance hall and stairs leading to the flat were dirty and not hoovered which made it all very unwelcoming. The interior of the flat was clean and tidy and in a good state. It’s a shame the entrance to the property wasn’t the same as it gives a bad impression. "
"At first the property looked nice. But double bedroom smelt as you walked in the door. Getting into bed the smell of urine in bed wasn't very nice. The oven smoked quite bad when in use. The microwave inside was quite rusty so never used it. Carpets in lounge were very stained in places. Bathrooms were good. But no bathmats. There was plenty of hot water. I would stay again if it was a lot cleaner. And oven and microwave were replaced. For the money paid. I was very disappointment. I feel the owners of the property should check more often on cleanliness and update electric appliances. Location was great!! And size of property was really good. "
