"We booked a family room at 12:45 on the same day and arrived at 19:30. Unfortunately, the check-in process was very confusing, you have to check in at another hotel five minutes away, which we weren’t told in advance. On arrival, we were first given the wrong room, then a family room with an unmade sofa bed and no bedding. "The setting of the hotel in an old large farm house is very special in the modern suburbs of Aalborg. The bus to the Centrum is at the entrance of the property. The breakfast at this hotel was outstanding! We enjoyed the sauna and the pool immensely however the best part of the experience was staff who were attentive, kind and informative.
