"Specifically chose and booked a Family room with three beds and a separate sitting room with a sofa as shown in the hotel’s photos but were instead given a standard room with only one bed and told that no suites had a separate sitting room in the hotel. The next morning a different receptionist confirmed that they DO in fact have a suite with a separate sitting area, so we had either been lied to or the night receptionist didn’t know his own hotel offerings. Be prepared to show the receptionist...
