"I had a great stay, the host is super nice. Just Keep in mind that she does live downstairs so for people who want complete intimacy it might not be the right place but for me It was perfect. "The Celecton is a nice, standard Japanese hotel. The rooms are small, but they are practical, very clean and amenities are good. If you want a hotel that is close to the Castle then this is a good one, but it is 10-15 minutes walk to the train station, restaurants, and the other attractions in Matsumoto. My room was facing the Castle but directly above a busy road, so it was quite noisy."
