"Stayed here for one night since it was within a walking distance from Otaru Station, the canal and to the shopping and restaurant streets. Room was clean and spacious enough to open two large suitcases. Bottled water was not provided as tap water is drinkable. They have a open bath for guests, which I didn't use, but I used their coin laundry machines. Would recommend this hotel for anyone looking to explore Otaru. "

"On our trip to Japan, this hotel was much more (in a good way) than we had expected. The rooms were average, but the overall experience was the best in a long time. The staff was great, and the breakfast was a very impressive buffet. We wish we could have spent more time there."
